Is Your Jewellery Waterproof?

Yes. All our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish, water-resistant, and skin-Friendly for everyday wear.

However, durability, plating longevity, and water resistance may vary depending on the material and plating used. We offer different qualities, including 304 and 316 stainless steel, and the exact material and product-specific care information will always be mentioned in the product description.

What is the Delivery Timeline?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, Once your order has been shipped, delivery via Speed Post typically takes 5–7 working days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

We want you to love your Kohi pieces. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and share clear images or opening videos of the concern. We do not offer exchanges or replacements for size-related issues. Kindly check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Important:

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• If your product arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement after verification.
• For other eligible concerns, we offer store credit or an exchange.
